Where are your garments made?

Our pyjamas are hand made in a factory 15 km away from Tom’s family house in Riga, Latvia. Latvia is well-known for their sewing know-how. The factory is a small family run business (friends of Tom’s family) that has been going for the last 25 years, specialising in loungewear. We’re really happy to be working together with them.

I would like to cancel or change my order. How do I do that?

What payment methods can I use to make an order?

We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

How is my payment processed?

We are working with well established payment processing company Braintree. All payments are completed with a fully secure connection so you can feel safe.

How do I know what size I am?

As a rule of thumb, our pyjamas are designed for a comfortable and oversized fit. If you’re looking for a slimmer fit we recommend choosing one size smaller than your usual size. If you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to reach out to


How quickly will my order ship?

Given the product is in stock, our team will typically pick, pack and ship everything to you within 24 hours.

How long will it take to arrive?

When the order is shipped from our office in Riga, Latvia, by our trusted courier partner it depends on how far you are from there. Within Europe arrival normally happens within 1-2 business days.

How do I go about return items?

We have made returns as easy as possible. As long as the product you wish to return is in new and unused condition, and you give us notice within 14 days from the date you received the product, you can pack it back in the original packaging and send it back to us.


We do however not cover the cost of shipping for refunds. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned product. If the conditions are good, we’ll refund the full amount or exchange the product.


To initiate your return, please email within 14 days of receiving the items. In your email please include your order number, your name, a brief description of the reason for returning the product and whether you want to exchange the product.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return arrives at our office, it will usually take our team up to 2 business days to inspect the

Are Returns Free?

Product exchanges for another size are for free. Unfortunately we can’t cover the shipping cost of refunds at the moment. In the meantime, we are always working on making it easier and less painful for our customers to return products.
