These terms apply to all users of the domains tomadam.fr and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site).This website is operated by Tom Adam. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tom Adam. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with TOM ADAM LTD. (henceforth: Tom Adam; may be referred to as ’us’, "we" and "our") and visits to the site. Tom Adam reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

In the event that an item is unavailable, Tom Adam will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Under such circumstances, Tom Adam will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Governing law
These terms of use are complied in accordance with Latvian law and the Latvian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Latvia and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
