Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (not including Public holidays). Orders received before 15:00 CET (Central European Time) will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email from TNT containing your tracking number shortly after your order is shipped.
Delivery time within EU is estimated to 2-5 working days. To the rest of the world, delivery time is estimated to 3-5 working days. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Please NOTE: Tom Àdam will pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes and fees associated with delivering your order from Europe to the UK.

You can return or exchange items up to 14 calendar days after receiving your original order. The product must be sent back in its original condition, original packaging and without previously used postage labels. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Any returns that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Tom Àdam.
All goods will be inspected and the return shall be processed within 14 working days. We will contact you once the process is complete. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the item is classified as faulty (received damaged), please contact us via email
within 7 days of receiving the garment.
Returns can be placed within 30 days after a purchase has been made. The garments have to be unworn and placed in their original packaging. Please send your returns to the following address: Akmenu iela 12, Riga, Latvia, LV-1024.

For exchanges, please fill out the Tom Àdam Returns Form and state which size or color you would like to have instead. Exchanges can only be made for the same model and will be subject to stock-availability at the time your return is received at our warehouse. No additional shipping costs or returns fee will be applied for exchanges.
